Students At Puerto Rico's Largest University Continue Strike Amid Shutdown - National Public Radio

Students sleep in tents on the university grounds and at the one open gate screen any who want to enter. Students called the strike after the government began negotiations with the financial oversight board established by Congress to help Puerto Rico restructure its $74 billion debt.
