To say the Rogers State University Athletic Department is getting creative to survive this year's annual budget cuts is an understatement. The department has already been cut down to the bone. This year, they are reaching the marrow. Another approximately $91,000 has been chopped off an already lean machine that sits on the second floor of the athletic building just next to the Soldier Field soccer complex.
