Keene State facing projected $5.5 million deficit - PAUL CUNO-BOOTH, Sentinel

The deficit projected for Keene State College this fiscal year is $5.5 million — a shortfall that has administrators weighing cuts and working to finalize a budget as the fall semester swings into gear. For the math to work, the college will need to cut $3.1 million, according to numbers provided by Kelly Ricaurte, a spokeswoman for Keene State. As classes began the week of Aug. 28., academic departments lacked final budgets for fiscal year 2018, which covers the 2017-18 academic year. http://www.sentinelsource.com/news/local/keene-state-facing-projected-million-deficit/article_8757c6fa-8073-5699-9892-df033fe1354e.html
