Utah State University was one of two institutions in the state’s higher education system that did not see an enrollment bump in 2017, the second time in as many years the Logan school has bucked statewide trends. USU saw an uptick of 49 “full-time equivalent” students, or FTE, an important metric for per-student funding and budgeting.
