JWCC turns attention to enrollment growth - Steve Eighinger, Herald-Whig

Mike Elbe feels he is finally in a position to devote more time to strengthening enrollment numbers at John Wood Community College. "With colleges not receiving the money they are owed due to all of the problems with the state budget, the past two years have seen us spending a lot of time trying to make the right financial decisions to maintain our conservative budget approach and keep the college financially healthy," said Elbe, halfway through his fourth year as JWCC president. Now, with the college on what Elbe feels is a sound financial course, he is turning much of his attention toward growing the enrollment and credit-hour numbers at the 48th and Harrison campus. http://www.whig.com/20171101/jwcc-turns-attention-to-enrollment-growth
