A tense, emotional meeting Wednesday between the Washington State University Student Media Board and representatives of The Daily Evergreen led to the decision that the student publication will continue as a daily newspaper — for now. The newspaper currently publishes five days a week, but budget woes mean cutting back its publishing schedule is a distinct possibility.
