Students at Western Kentucky University could be looking at a 4 percent tuition hike next year, along with the possibility of an increase to the fee students pay for online courses. “Four (percent) is not out of line with what I believe is a competitive environment,” Regent Frederick Higdon said Friday during a meeting of WKU’s Board of Regents.
