Frustrated Wright State University trustees chastised the school’s administration Wednesday for its continued spending habits as the university rushes to cut another $10 million in a last ditch effort to avoid state fiscal watch. WSU cut its expenses this year by more than $30 million but unforeseen revenue issues tied to enrollment drops and expenses forced the university to ask departments to cut their remaining budgets by 66 percent.
