Lindenwood University lays off 17 employees - Mike Faulk, St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Lindenwood University laid off 17 employees near the end of May, a spokesman confirmed Wednesday. Lindenwood, a private liberal arts university in St. Charles with about 10,000 students, made the cuts "to reallocate resources with recently adopted strategic plan" announced earlier this year. The 17 layoffs amount to 1.5 percent of the school's workforce. They included full-time and part-time employees.
