MOREHEAD STATE UNIVERSITY BUDGET CUTS LEAD TO JOB CUTS - Morgan Henry, WTVQ

Morehead State University President Jay Morgan reported to the institution’s Board of Regents last month that he had to cut nearly $10 million in personnel costs to balance the budget for the 2018-19 fiscal year.
