CFO Jerry Tarrer said the Voluntary Separation Incentive Program will hopefully help address budget and personnel expenditures on campus. Despite concerns from Faculty Senate over equity and fairness, tenured faculty in select departments are being offered participation in a Voluntary Separation Incentive Program for the third time in five years, according to a March 6 email to faculty and staff.
