IL Gov. talks Western Illinois University during Quincy trip - KHQA

Just as Western Illinois University announced a major round of layoffs, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker is calling additional higher education funding in his budget proposal. A petition with about six thousand signatures delivered to Pritzker's office Thursday asks for extra funding beyond the budget.
