NH university system struggles to keep tuition low as it looks at 7 years of level funding - TODD FEATHERS, New Hampshire Union Leader

More than 60 percent of high school graduates who plan to attend a four-year college leave New Hampshire to do so. That’s the highest rate in the country, according to the U.S. Department of Education, and with unemployment at 2.4 percent, the lowest in the nation, businesses are desperate for qualified employees.
