Consider UO athletics paying into academic budget- Register-Guard

In her May 2 Op-Ed on University of Oregon budgeting, Gina Psaki points out that the time has perhaps come when UO athletics should consider contributing to the University’s academic budget, “if only modestly.” The question is whether this is a reasonable request from a sports program that is self-supporting.
