The University of Missouri unveiled a new plan Tuesday for budgeting on the Columbia campus but the actual impact on any division or academic unit won’t be known until a meeting set for Wednesday morning. Under the plan, academic units would receive 70 percent of tuition and fees paid by undergraduates and all the tuition and fees paid by graduate students.
