Hampshire College is actively recruiting new students for 2020 — its 50th anniversary year. Its plans for the future include: Eliminating traditional departments, but emphasizing entrepreneurship and problem solving. A 2019-2020 budget that is 20% lower than 2018-2019, and 30% lower than 2015-2016.
