Tough conversations on Ohio University’s budget continue to roil campus as President Duane Nellis stated in a campus-wide email late last week that the university likely will need to reduce staffing in “most if not all” academic colleges and administration divisions due to ongoing budget struggles, largely the result of declining enrollment in recent years.
