While it looked like the major items on the agenda for the Western New Mexico University Board of Regents meeting Tuesday would be student fees and tuition, the body tabled both measures, as the budget became the main talking point.The university budget is due by May 15, but WNMU President Joseph Shepard told the regents that with the coronavirus impacting every aspect of life across the country and world, the state now is expecting a budget shortfall.
