The effects of the novel coronavirus crisis on University of Redlands enrollment have led to a deficit of more than $13 million, about 10% of its operating budget for the upcoming fiscal year, which begins July 1. While the number of students is expected to stay about the same as the current year, the institution had based financial assumptions on the growth it had been seeing in previous years, said Kevin Dyerly, the university’s vice president of enrollment.
