Colorado State University draft budget includes proposal for 9% tuition hike, THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Colorado State University has drafted a budget that would raise undergraduate tuition by 9 percent for in-state students and 3 percent for out-of-state students next fall, if approved by its board of governors.
