Indiana State U Foundation eliminates eight staff positions as part of budget cuts - Tribune Star

In an effort to grow its endowment and balance its budget, the Indiana State University Foundation has announced an organizational restructuring. Part of the plan calls for a reduction of eight staff members as well as a proposed cut in endowment management fees. The eight staff positions are primarily in the organization’s support and administrative areas. The staff were told today, and the cuts are effective Monday. The foundation’s priorities are to grow the endowment and have a balanced budget, Ron Carpenter, foundation president, stated in a news release. “To accomplish this we must reduce our operating expenses to align with our projected revenue,” he said. http://tribstar.com/local/x1520501113/ISU-Foundation-eliminates-eight-staff-positions-as-part-of-budget-cuts
