Speaking to an audience of staff, faculty and some students, Eastern Illinois University President David Glassman spoke of patience at his annual State of the University address Wednesday. The university has been riding a high of success recently following news that enrollment had gone up this fall. However, among this positive energy, the faculty and staff populations on campus have remained largely stagnant from the past year.
