UM’s enrollment down, up in graduate and international students - Shaylee Ragar, Montana Kaimin

Enrollment at the University of Montana is down 7.6 percent according to preliminary numbers for the 2018-2019 academic year, however it did see an increase in graduate and international students. According to a press release, UM has a headcount of 10,962 students this fall semester, down from 11,865 last fall. The Kaimin reported last year that enrollment had dropped 5.5 percent, and 6.1 percent the year before.
