HACC board adopts budget that projects an enrollment decrease, raises tuition - Paul Vigna, Penn Live

 The Board of Trustees of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, on Tuesday adopted a $130-million 2021-22 budget that projects a 3% decrease in enrollment and a tuition increase.
