University of Michigan-Flint and Dearborn students are tired of feeling like second-class citizens, Flint Student Body President Levi Todd said. The two campuses are more diverse, located in economically-disadvantages areas and do not get the same scholarship opportunities as those on the Ann Arbor campus, but only receive a fraction of the funding. For each dollar spent on Ann Arbor students, Flint and Dearborn students receive 28 cents and 25 cents, respectively.
