The University of Wyoming is planning to completely reorganize the College of Arts and Sciences (A&S) while beefing up the Colleges of Engineering and Agriculture. UW released its plan that will also reduce over $13 million and cut some jobs. UW Provost Kevin Carman said most campus programs will face a three percent cut across the board and that some low enrollment degree programs will also be eliminated. He said the reductions will lead to job losses.
