Quinnipiac University blames budget woes for closing Ireland’s Great Hunger Museum, upsetting supporters -TRACEY O'SHAUGHNESSY, REPUBLICAN-AMERICAN

Ireland’s Great Hunger Museum, an institution created to explore the 19th century’s worst humanitarian disaster, will close permanently, Quinnipiac University officials said. The museum, which opened in 2012 under Quinnipiac University.
