Southwest Tennessee Community College plans to move courses online on Fridays during the summer session to cut commuting costs for students and employees as gas prices remain high, reported WREG-TV, a CBS affiliate in Memphis. “Virtual Fridays” will extend through Aug. 12. Student services will also be offered online, though on-campus childcare centers will remain open.
