At Michigan State University and at campuses across the state, the governor's announcement has everyone from presidents to professors feeling the heat. Michael Boulus, State Universities of Michigan: "I'm not sure its very thoughtful at this time, I don't know how we will be able to accommodate." Michael Boulus, Executive Director for the State Universities of Michigan says the institutions work hard to provide quailty and increase the number of college graduates from local universities. But he says the state makes it difficult with a request for a tuition freeze on top of a $100 million funding cut.
