New Jersey college funding drops - MICHAEL SYMONS, Gannett State Bureau

Assistance to both four-year and two-year schools would be reduced, saving the state nearly $40 million.... and would return funding to its level of 10 years ago, not accounting for inflation.... Cuts include $15.5 million for Rutgers University, $2 million for Kean University and $1.8 million for Rowan University.
