Economy leaves students passing over dream schools - Brittany Anas, Colorado Daily

Tas Drake, a recent graduate of Boulder High School, applied to a swath of colleges, including private schools in the Pacific Northwest. But in the fall he’ll stay local, enrolling at the University of Colorado, where he says he’s interested in the environmental studies program.
