Miami sees drop in enrollment - Cliff Peale, Cincinnati Enquirer

Miami University's freshman class on the Oxford main campus this fall will be about 300 students less than last year, taking a bite of as much as $6 million out of next year's budget. So far Miami is expecting about 3,150 students when classes start in August, compared to more than 3,600 last year.
