College-bound students will have to hold out longer to find out how much state and college financial aid they can expect to receive this year -- and how much to borrow or earn to make up the difference. The state commission that provides need-based grants for more than 50,000 students enrolling in public or private Indiana universities is delaying the announcement of its award amounts by two months.
