Layoffs looming at Kutztown University - John L. Micek, Morning Call

Faced with tightening budgets and the loss of federal stimulus money, Kutztown University's president has put faculty and staff on notice that layoffs could be looming and other state-owned universities are also taking a hard look at their bottom lines, university and state officials confirmed Monday.
