After her scholarship money dried up, Bowling Green State University student Kaitlin Turner started to feel the sting of tuition and fees.She pays her own college expenses and has held jobs her entire teen and adult life.Frustrated, she wrote a question on a piece of paper in 2008: “How am I going to do this?”
