Make University System accountable - Bismark Tribune

The high (low) points: At NDSU, the construction of a home for the university president went $2.6 million over budget. At the University of North Dakota, building a new home for the president went $1.3 million over budget. And at Dickinson State University, whose err by comparison seems like small potatoes, there was a failure to get approval to use student fees to help pay for renovations of the activities center. One hopes it's not the tip of the iceberg.
