The Tulsa Community College Board of Regents voted Thursday to increase tuition and fees by 3.9 percent for fiscal 2013, the third consecutive year for a tuition hike. Tuition and fees will go up by $4 per credit hour to $106 from $102 per hour, a modest increase compared with last year, said Lauren Brookey, TCC vice president for external affairs. Last year, tuition and fees rose $7.23 per credit hour to $102 from $94.77 per hour, a 7.6 percent increase, she said.
