The Santa Barbara City College student newspaper stopped publishing a print edition this semester for the first time in 55 years and will go online only. Many programs at the college have been making cuts due to budget constraints including The Channels Newspaper. The once weekly printed paper students would grab before class can now only be viewed on the website. "It's just been tough times, these are tough times," said Patricia Stark, journalism chair and Channels faculty advisor.
