Minot State University student enrollment is down 7% from last spring. And, the university saw similar trends this fall when enrollment dropped 2.7%. Now, the university is being forced to make some changes. The university plans to cut 3% out of its 2012-2013 budget and another 3% cut will come next school year. With the future of enrollment and tuition costs unknown, MSU is optimistic about recovering from these tough times.
