A Colorado State University-Pueblo professor said Friday that he and several of his colleagues are shocked by the “incompetence” and “malfeasance” of some of their managers in dealing with the school’s recent budget cuts. “They knew about these financial problems a lot of years ago, but we should have been put on a sustainable path a long time ago and we should have fixed the problem then,” said William Brown, an associate professor of physics and physical science at CSU-Pueblo.
