Blackhawk Technical College may cut up to 11 employees due to budget constraints. Eight employees under contract will receive non-renewal notices and three employees will receive layoff notices starting Monday, said Joe Boss, president of the Blackhawk Technical College Faculty Federation. Brian Gohlke, vice president of human relations for BTC said notifications started going out last week and will continue this week.
