Breaking Down the Proposed CSI Tuition Hike - ASHLEY SMITH, Times-News

Like many students at the College of Southern Idaho, 23-year-old Amanda Etienne relies on loans and scholarships to pay for tuition. nd if the cost gets too high, the Student Senate member said she wouldn’t have as much money to pay for textbooks or could have to take out another loan. Even though a proposed $5-per-credit increase doesn’t sound like much, Etienne said it would have an impact on full-time students taking 13 or more credits. “It can be really difficult when it adds up,” she said. http://magicvalley.com/news/local/csi-budget-shortfall-could-lead-to-tuition-increase/article_670c84ae-a330-11e3-b447-001a4bcf887a.html
