Delta College officials are brainstorming ways to eliminate a projected $2.1-million budget deficit it’s facing for the 2014-2015 academic year. In announcing the budgetary challenges to the college community last month, President Jean Goodnow said all three of Delta’s funding sources — the state of Michigan, millage revenues and tuition — are being adversely impacted.
