SC State Prepares For More Cuts - Steven Dial, WLTX

SC State University is still having to make some tough decisions as they try to climb out of a more than 13 million dollar debt. For the first time since Governor Haley and the Budget and Control Board gave SC State a six million dollar loan to help with financial problems, President Elzey once again addressed the financial issues with the university to the legislative black caucus.
