WCCC tentative budget decreases - Kari Andren, Trib Live

Westmoreland County Community College trustees approved a preliminary $38.53 million budget for the 2014-15 fiscal year during its meeting on Wednesday. The spending plan represents a roughly 1⁄2-percent decrease in spending from this year's $38.72 million budget.
