In the wake of the budget news, student leaders from 12 Virginia colleges are asking Governor Terry McAuliffe to spare their schools from further budget cuts. In a YouTube video posted by Virginia 21 addressed to Governor McAuliffe, students from 12 Virginia colleges including the University of Virginia explain why further budget cuts to higher education institutions could negatively impact Virginia's future economy.
