College aid caught in budget gridlock - Essex Porter, KIRO

A citizen of both Britain and the USA, Chris Bloomer says England offers college students much more support. “In America, it's supposed to be the land of opportunity and there's no opportunity because you have to take these crippling student loans,” he said. http://www.kirotv.com/news/news/college-aid-caught-budget-gridlock/nmSgP/
