Increasing UW enrollment could strain current resources - THADDEUS MAST, Laramie Boomerang

About 100 more students are expected to attend the University of Wyoming this fall than last year. While this speaks well of recruitment efforts, some parts of the university could be almost full to capacity. “We decided we can handle about a 75-student increase (in fall 2015) if they didn’t cluster in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields,” said Alyson Hagy, associate vice president of undergraduate education. “We’re getting near 100 students, and they’re clustering around STEM.” http://www.laramieboomerang.com/news/local_news/article_9a9ec1cc-2b6c-11e5-b069-e35380f12a1b.html
