Groups organize to save University of Akron baseball program, press staff - Marilyn Miller, Beacon Journal

At least two organizations are trying to bring back the University of Akron baseball team and the University of Akron Press staff. The baseball team was recently eliminated and the UA Press employees were let go as part of the university’s efforts to dig out of a $60 million shortfall.
