Officials report decline in enrollment at Athens State, Calhoun - Briana Harris, Decatur Daily

With enrollment down this fall, officials at Athens State University and Calhoun Community College are trying to figure out ways to increase the numbers. Enrollment at Calhoun was 9,820 for the fall, a decrease of 1,026 students from the same time last year, college spokeswoman Janet Kincherlow-Martin said this week.
